Phil has three decades of experience as a leader in the waste business. He has overseen 100+ acquisitions, acquired permits for 12 waste facilities and managed budgets of over $700 million. Prior to joining TPCG, Mr. Auld was Area President/Director of Business Development for Republic Services in the mid-Atlantic region, Regional Vice President for Superior Services where he had oversight over the company’s entire East Coast operations, and Regional Vice President for Waste Management in charge of the New York area. Most recently, he founded and ran his own business focused on improving the marketing, logistics and operations for East Coast waste company clients.
Mr. Widell has over 30 years of experience in the composting industry and is a founding member of the US Composting Council. Mr. Widell also co-founded the Bedminster Bioconversion Company, which used an earlier generation composting system, and has developed and constructed 12 composting facilities in the United States and overseas using the patented Bedminster Bioconversion rotary drum process. Mr. Widell has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College.
Mr. Widell is currently the CFO of Waste Options Nantucket and the Peninsula Compost Company. He was previously the CFO of Bedminster Bioconversion Corporation and CFO for Peipers & Company, an investment firm. Mr. Widell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Finance from Rutgers University.
